When Manchester met Katie: a tale of faulty projectors, a great audience and a cracking 4 star review from Exeunt Magazine

After a lovely first week at the Drum in Plymouth we were sad to say good bye, yet suitably excited to arrive at our second venue, the fabulous Royal Exchange Studio in buzzing Manchester!

We had a somewhat eventful ‘get in’ & tech, which included a rather scary moment when our beautiful projections were looking decidedly green! But thanks to the hard work & clever know how of super SM Sara & the brilliant Exchange technical team, we soon located that pesky dodgy connection & had everything looking shipshape in no time.

Our audience was greeted in the bar to tunes from Jesse J, Kesha & Rhianna & the 70 strong house quickly took their seats for our first night. Rosie was on top form, & introduced Manchester to our Katie with her trademark wit, energy and gusto. The audience were wonderfully responsive & appreciative – who could ask for more?

Well a great 4 star review would be nice…

    “funny, poignant and exhilarating”

“this really is a remarkable performance"

With four performances left at the Exchange, team Bunny have made themselves right at home, & may just have to have a wee poke around some of Manchester's pretty little boutiques over the next few days - would be rude not to really! Rosie and Sara will be seeing Sarah Frankcom's 'A View From A Bridge' in the main house, the lucky things.

We’re here until Saturday so come check us out in the Studio. Book your tickets quick mind, they’re selling fast!  Here’s where we’re off to next…
