Jump up and down it's The nabokov Arts Club! The undisputed heavyweight champion of artistic happenings anywhere, ever, returns on SATURDAY 30 MAY 2009.

Yes, The nabokov Arts Club is back with an all new extravaganza of theatre, music, comedy, poetry and lots more in a vast Victorian warehouse in the heart of Shoreditch.

Expect explosive new plays, side-splitting comics, stunning cinematography, high-voltage poetics, rabble-rousing live bands, superstar DJs and lashings of atmosphere. Plus booze, food, dancing and general tomfoolery till 2am.

** LATEST ** Here's the lip-smacking line-up so far...

Theatre IS EVERYONE OK? by Joel Horwood The world premiere of nabokov's brand new show. A dazzling tour-de-force blurring the boundaries between theatre and stand-up, Is Everyone Ok? is a sixty-minute joyride for the lost and bewildered. A brutally funny, brutally honest combination of explosive stand-up comedy and stand-up tragedy.

Music SOUND OF RUM Officially the hottest new band in the UK. In less than a year since they formed, they find themselves regulars on Radio One and tipped for the big time. Fronted by doyenne of the spoken word scene Excentral Tempest, Sound Of Rum bring their unique sound to the Arts Club.

Poetry CHRIS HICKS and ROSS SUTHERLAND Two of the most exciting and sought after performance poets in the UK. As solo artists and members of poetry collective Aisle 16, they have performed gigs and won slams across the UK and around the world.

Live DJ Set THE CORRESPONDENTS The Correspondents whipped the first ever Arts Club crowd into a delirious frenzy with their phenomenal live set. DJ Chuckles and Mr Bruce had the warehouse shuddering with their 21st century revamps of the Big Band sound of the 20s and 30s. And we're thrilled to welcome them back to administer more aural ecstasy.

And you can be sure we've got a bit more up our sleeves too. So keep tabs on our newsblog for the latest here: http://nabokov.typepad.com/
