If you've ever started talking and then realised you may have said just too much, you'll sympathise with Professor Maggie Tanner. As she recuperates from a bomb in central London, another is ignited within her own family, setting the downward spiral of hysteria in motion.
Her daughter's hopes and desires, her step-son's retribution and unresolved marital problems, leads Maggie's life to collapse around her. As time begins to run out before the next attack, the real question she has to ask herself is: are the demons outwith her control?
A passionate performance, Camarilla is a slick show offering insight in to the world of Labour politics, American arrogance, and extremist activists. A fine performance by the cast, it is a promising premiere from a talented company.
